ok, so i have an antiquated digital camera......which XP doesn't like.....so i have problems downloading my pictures from the camera. Anyway i bought a flash-card reader, which will download the pictures just fine. However, the camera saves the images in .cam format and none of the programs i have will open .cam files. Anybody have any ideas?

It's a Casio QV. On Linux there's qvplay, for Windows, maybe one of these? http://www.steves-digicams.com/digsoftware_viewers.htmlGigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

Thanks guys, much appreciated
I emailed Casio's tech support before i asked on here...their response was "there are programs that you can purchase to open those files".....no mention of what they were. When i wrote back and asked, no response of course....Last edited by Ozbreeze; 3 April 2003, 09:44.I'm a genie in a bottle BABY, gotta rub ME the right way!!!
