Here's a nice looking free screensaver if you're a LotR fan. Not sure if it'll run on a G400 though, but I suppose it's worth a try at least.

Saw that at Rage3D. It's pretty sweet. It will actually run on my Rage LT Pro (few graphical anomolies), so I don't see why it would not run on a G400.System Specs:

Well, it certainly does NOT run well on an ATI Rage Mobility-M (in my Thinkpad). 1.7 frames/sec, and the ring is all black. I'll try it later on my desktop to see what it should really look like.Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. Hehe, yeah, I have some custom drivers back in the Rage Pro days when I worked with RageLTMan (aka Boris) at Rage3D. But the map sometimes will disappear below the ring, and sometimes the ring will turn black. And yeah, it's slow. But it's a Rage Pro, heh, surprised it even ran the screensaver at all.System Specs:

40-45 FPS on my G400 1024x768, not 2-monitor friendly though.Comment

On my system running the screen saver at desktop settings of 1280x960 I get an average of about 120 fps.
JoelLibertarian is still the way to go if we truly want a real change.
