      HAHA! That was that crappy TX motherboard. Is was so generic, they named it after the chipset!

        I fiddled around with the settings, reinstalled w2k etc, etc...I just couldn't get it stable.

        Then I thought to my self why not set the FSB at something under 166MHz. That was it, anything above 155 was unstable. I decided to put a small fan on the northbridge sink and, voilá.

        It's pretty bad that Epox didn't put a good enough cooler on the NB though.

        Other than that, the board is real nice.

          My NF7-S is great! After sorting out my cooling, I'm sure the Barton 2500 XP will be doing around 3000XP speeds

            I have sorted out my cooling long ago.

            I have an alpha PAL8045, and and have taken care of the nothbridge. That chewing gum under the NB sink is long gone.

            I'm aiming for 3200+ speeds!(I have also an XP2500+
