    Yes, what do you mean by "adjust"?
    The are Panasonic made.
    I've found that 3 of them are definitely not working.

    EDIT:
    Do you mean fine-tuning the stepper motor?

      I was thinking head adjustment with a small screwdriver.

      The slam dunk bit is where I try to flick the floppy disk into the drive with enough force so it seats properly.

      forget about it and just buy new ones(or old ones)

        that way you risk damaging the R/W head. simpler to just open the drive and do it manually, but tactfully (i.e. slam the damn thing -but at least you don't damage the head)
