    Lexmark= Throw away printers

    the printer that comes with two new carteidges are cheaper than buying two new when they run out of ink

      We've never had trouble with any of them. Most of the non-HP printers I dealth with were old so I use to think that too untill I started using brand new ones.

        The Designed for Windows XP Logo identifies products
        that have been developed to meet Microsoft's quality standards.
        If they did as much testing as m$ did with XP and xp sp1...
        According to the latest official figures, 43% of all statistics are totally worthless...

            No kidding. I just had two seconds to breath and decided to check supplies. The ink together costs a minimum of 5 dollars more than the ink and the printer.

              The ink cartridges that come with the printers are only half full though. This is not only true for Lexmark.

                Ahh. Then that explains it.

                With permission since the owner does not want to touch it , I'm thinking about severly damaging the camera and mounting it on a plaque. It'll go right next to the plaque of his previous, crashed hard drive with a rail spike through it. That one is going to be put up as an example to all as why they should back up their data.
