    surroundview

    so, when can we expect nVidia's solution? Both of them will be no where as good as Matrox's ofcourse, i hope.

    This isn't quite the same as what Matrox has. Surroundview is simply two graphics cards being used to generate 3 independent screens. (ie. 2 pushed by a 9800, 1 pushed by the integrated video on the chipset) Still nice to see that they are making a push toward Surround Gaming... (Matrox should really license this out and cash-in with ATI and/or nVidia)

      This is pretty funny stuff ...

      I agree that Matrox could probably help themselves out financially with some licensing of the tech, but they'll probably remain stubborn and allow themselves to be trumped with nothing to show for it eventually.

      But, its good for Parhelia owners in that other consumers will gravitate to triple head support eventually and ultimately us Parhelia users wont get "Frozen" out by developers with respect to supporting surround gaming.
