I have the sets of updates from both here and Windowsupdate as indicated for Service Pack4.
Are any of the updates I have listed unnecessary for Service Pack 4 Systems?
Recomended:
Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack
IIS Lockdown Tool 2.1
Terminal Services Advanced Client
AOL image Support Update
Automatic Updates June 2002 which runs through
Software Update Services
L2TP/IPSec NAT-T Update for Windows XP and Windows 2000 - I think this was originally supposed to be part of SP4 but was dropped to be put off 'til SP5.
Critical:
Q318202 MS02-008: XMLHTTP Control in MSXML 2.6 Can Allow Access to Local Files
JScript 5.6 Security Patch for Windows 2000 and XP (814078)
MS Java Virtual Machine 3810 Which to get the correct verison which will install on W2KSP4 one has to go to Windows Update Catalog.
