Dial up Connection popup

I have a question for you guys, a friend of mine uses Big Zoo Dial up ISP, with internet connection sharing. I have set it in Internet Connection properties to NEVER DIAL A CONNECTION. However, the dial-up connection box pops up all the time. Any idea's on how to stop this?

Nevermind, looks like it is the "Autodialer" feature in XP.
