Picked one up last night to help clear up cable clutter at home. The store is called Microcenter, and they are not in a lot of places, but it looks like you can order it online:
Basically you pay $60 at the store or online and then get a $40 mail-in rebate. But read the rebate form carefully. You MUST register the router with Belkin before you can get the discount. Rebates need to be mailed in by 12 Sept, and you need the rebate receipt, UPC bar code and the rebate form.
Just a word of warning, the firmware/web config on this is very lacking. In fact, I pretty much hate it so much I'm going to BBQ it on the Flamethrower. But for the price, I can live with a $20 802.11b wireless access point.
