Tool wanted: Keep window in foreground

Is there a tool that allows me to mark windows to always show in foreground? Best would be if this would even work on subwindows (document windows within an application), but it'd be great even if it only worked on app windows.

Think I've found it, and it's freeware too:

It adds a couple of options to the upper left icon of a window. One of them is "keep on top", others are "opacity", "priority" and "minimize to tray" (hey, wasn't this the topic for a winamp-question ?)

The application itself resides in the tray-area (icon can be used to quit powermenu). It requires no reboots, and doesn't install anything in the windows-folder.

Ghost-it! is nice (and very small)
Funny thing with it is that it can create ghost windows (and not much more actually...) - you see this window on top, but clicks pass through it.
