I use it in my rig, it works excelent and looks cool. :^)
It only reduce vibrating noises though, not normal spinning noises unless they cause vibrations.

Well, I removed the original Parhelia and HSF and mounted this water block - it appears to work absolutely 100% fine (no overclocking of the P btw):

The holes lined up perfectly, and a bit of tightening on the nylon nuts later:
