Need rapid Word to HTML form (esp listbox) utility

I have to turn a paper questionnaire into a web page - something I've done many many times. This one is very big though and has loads of lists. I need a tool to allow me to add all the list options in one go as entering them all individually in either FP or DW MX (the two tools I have) is rather tedious.

All suggestions for a time-saving tool gratefully received

I wrote my own in Excel - paste in the list of options and it generates the code for lists, radio or check boxes - saved me an hour or two.
