The only problems I've seen with the top loading HP's is they tend to need their pickup rollers and seperation pads replacing once in a while. Not a major job and the parts cost < £20.00.

I've had good experiences with oki "led" printers. i can't vouch for their new color models but i had an 8e or some years back; it was quite sturdy and prints looked pretty good.Comment
