just a little update..... my friend told me the burning corrupted the board's layers so there is no way to fix it.

Got the ABIT NF7-S and it has been working nicely without reinstalling anything.

Hope this new MB will survive longer since I was just signaled that ABIT capacitors may go wack.

abit is abit patchy you should be okay capcitor wise with the new stuff (fingers crossed)
