I need help finding a download site

Ok I'm looking for this file:

spmbt_v2_0_complete_game.exe

Its game called Steel Panthers MBT and I've been trying to get it off this one website:

And as u can tell jack shit happens.

I've tryed googling the file name but have no luck...just comes up with that site I've been trying to hit.

There's not really anything wrong with that link. I was able to download the the file with Download Accelerator. IE6 definitely chokes on it.

Hmmm...GetRight has no trouble DL the file.

Doesn't appear to work without a DL manager. Have tried with Opera, Moz 1.6, IE 5.5/6, Firebird and Nutscrape 4.78
