apparently, my 5V lines are below 4.8V and my 12V lines are beyond 12.8V

trying to use a 2nd PSU, showed one major obstacle, that is the PSU that is not connected to the mobo via its ATX connector doesn't get noticed taht the rig is getting started, so that it wonÄt spin up any drives at all.

but, the other PSU that I have, offers more juice on its 12V line (12A vs. 8A on ethe old PSU), so I guess, I'll just swap 'em and see if it makes a difference.

about the drives issue, I couldn't find any according BIOS entry for delaying the POST process until all drives are spinned up, but maybe I didn't look hard enough ... in which menu could I expect such an option ?

You need to connect the green and black wires in the mobo connector from the "spare" PSU to get it to start up.

successfull change of CPU HS/fan ...

fan manually tuned to 3500rpm, which is barely audible and under full load, CPU won't go beyond 70°C, and that's even cooler than the standard HS/fan combo could do it at default 15x133.

True.. and mobiles I think are actually rated to 100.. I don't know exactly what that number means, though. I would like to keep mine below 50 if possible.

I'm really struggling in trying to OC my RV350 ...

no matter what tool I use, that MoFo is refusing to keep any changes, except for when I try Powerstrip, which instantly results in odd frequencies and misaligned pixels, rendering my desktop useless.

I even tried to use various BIOS tweak utils to no avail.

Anybody got a clue what's going on here ?
