Grabing Audio Portion of Video??

I've got a short video clip that I only want the audio portion of. I'm sure there's an easy way to convert the audio to a .wav format, but I'm stumped. Any ideas?
Currently, the video is in .wmv format.

I actually figured out the "quick-and-dirty" method I was looking for: Play the video file, Open Windows Sound Recorder and press "record".

Ick. I guess that works. But you just turned compressed audio into a wav file. So next time you compress it you'll get nasty quality.

I recommend using VirtualDub.

For this particular purpose, I didn't need high quality. I was adding custom background sounds into the Unreal Tournament map that I am working on. It needs to be .wav format to import. I searched all over the internet for a premade clip -- ice cream truck -- but couldn't find one... so I grabbed my video camcorder and taped one as it drove by my house. I'm quite pleased with the results.
