Cool looking gadget

It looks cool, but it isn't. All the reviews I've read have slammed it. Primary problem: It doesn't play MP3, it plays ATRAC. So to transfer any songs to it, it requires your computer to transcode from one lossy format to another.

ATRACs were great in the 70's. Only problem with them is that you had to flip them over yourself.

You couldn't flip ATRAC's over, you also couldn't rewind them, only FF and Play

and don't forget that lovely clicking noise they made when they changed tracks : click- cluck. It really spoiled the mood every so often
