    Killed my Thunder system.

Some of you may want to hold off.

It is such a small incremental upgrade that I wouldn't even bother unless it has some kind of fix that you absolutely need. I was running 4.3's until recently when Doom3 would crash on me. 4.7's fixed that.
Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice, pull down your pants and slide on the ice.

Jumped back... WAY back, to get some decent performance with my machine. Had to go back to 4.1

Ah well. At least I recovered my system.

Apparantly, with these driver's they'll need an aimbot

Not only do these 4.8's kill my Thunder system (Thunder K8W with some good stuff on it), but the previous 4.7 also kills the performance by half.

Next time, I might wait for some other poor soul to try first...

Ah use ghost to back up like I do. 32Gig in around thirty five minutes. That me allows to me to have a meal and wash up.

Some people need to do a 35 minute back up to get away from the rig, for unnecessary things like food and wash ups...
