I suppose I'll jump ship to the new Dual cores as soon as they're available and wait for these afterwards....
Although I probably would have bought a Quad by then (if they have AGP/PCIE). Mmmm, 16 way system...

Seriously though, I don't think a quad system will be very benefical to the OS itself. Maybe Windows will boot faster, but like Doc said, I think the Video/DCC guys will see the most improvements over dual core parallel computing. Windows launchs "fast enoughOriginally posted by Jammrock
