Who uses them and how do you digitally sign something (get the digital signature in the first place)?

Probably have to go through verisign (www.verisign.com) or some such digital certificate site to get one. Course I'm just guessing here, maybe someone with some REAL knowledge will chime in and post something more concrete.Go Bunny GO!
