It's been out for a while, yes
I still haven't updated, because the only thing noteworthy it does is protection from some URL spoofs, and since I never get any english mail from my bank, ebay, etc., I feel pretty safe.
I'm holding my breath for 7.60 final, though It's in Preview (prebeta) 1 at the moment, and it features in-line error pages (a bit like IE, only better, and no more error popups - though there are still e-mail error popups atm), it can read pages to you, and understand basic voice commandos. Some stuff under the hood also changed (SHTML and handling of misconfigured servers).

Been using 7.60 preview 1 for some time now. It's very good, I get less rendering problem that 7.5x and the speed is still excellent.
