I've been thinking about getting one, but I am more than happy with my AIW 9800.

I'll probably wait a revision or two before I upgrade again. I hope the curse of TP doesn't strike again!

I think the oems have been getting most of the cards. Theres also a large backlog on orders so they shouldn't appear in stock.

Thats true, since I got mine 2 1/2 years ago or so I still don't have any problems running any games, well except for Doom3 But it still ran pretty good

Believe or not it works. One small hiccup when I forgot I swapped the usb to ps connector for my keyboard. I'd have noticed that if I hadn't to pop out striaght away.

Came back to a non booting computer doh.

Anyway everything on max and the only thing that chokes it so far is 3dmark 2005.

Now I'll have to find out how Doom3 runs.

I thought the default clock on these was 525.

Amazing card.

UT2004 1600 x 1200 everything on max smooth as silk even the killer map Iron Diety which stuttered even on moderate settings on 9800 Pro.

Far Cry 1600 x 1200 highest settings stutterd a little but was mostly smooth.
Could only play that 1280 x 768 before.
