Very easy to do. couple question, what server os? 2003?
Does the firewall allow connections to it? easiest solution is to enable remote desktop in My Computer properties, forward port 3389 to the server, log in using Remote desktop."I dream of a better world where chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned."

Well I just ordered the software upgrade for her office. They where kind to me and will be spreading the charges over the next 12 months, SWEET!!
So back too my question, the software is of the medical type and what is needed is for someone she has working for her, be able to have access and run the software from the server, remotely so they can fill out the paper work to file insurance clams. How I would like to set this up is have them phone the server, give a PW and go from there. Can this be done in a secure way? The phone number is not published. I don’t won’t to do this if there is a chance that someone can get personnel info by hacking into the server. I will have Zone Alarm, (or something you all recommend) installed.
Thanks again for your help!

At this point, if it's medical, HIPAA may apply to you, and you really should talk to an expert.Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.
