      I've set sigs to show once per page, some people like it, some people don't.

      Personaly, I while I like to see the sigs, I get tired of 25 line sigs with a single smilie as the post content.

      reminds me, have to point out there is now a section in the user profile for computer specs.

        I vaguely remember a similar problem on a customer's PC.

        I think I found some util that was able to completely delete IE. Then I ran a bunch of spyware killer apps and anti-virus apps. Then did a new install of IE.

        It solved the problem.

          just a little update.

          I haven't done anything after removing the Java yet. the problem was still there after the uninstallation. But now it seems gone? or at least I have not ecnountered the problem for a day yet!

            I remember doing that with 98lite, allowed all sorts of changes windows didnt want to allow
            I believe that there are new versions for the latest win OSes
            Better to let one think you are a fool, than speak and prove it
