I'm glad, you guys seem to like it ...

It would be also a nice tool to setup MURC-only game servers and the networks and passwords could be securely spread through this forum's pm system.

I also use it sometimes for chatting p2p with Teamspeak.

And...what will be the cost?

Setting up LANs over the net is easy already via VPN. Why the need to pass through THEIR servers for that?

Also, since they need servers to help setup the conections, who's going to pay for them? They don't say anything about fees or ads or spyware whatnot...

Any idea?

afaik, will the client software remain free of any charge, only in case you want to setup your own mediating server, you would have to pay for the server software (once it passes an 1.x version release)

besides, I doubt that really a lot of people feel savvy enough to setup their own VPN and hence, this is an easy way to get it rolling.

also I understood, their server is not at all passing through all data, but is only used to establish and keep alive the 2p2 connections, but feel free to correct me, if I'm wrong

A simple Linksys endpoint is easy enough to setup.
