  • hardware problems, what to do...

    Hello,

As posted in the Desktop Video forum, I'm having serious issues with my Canopus ADVC110 (analog-digital video converter). However, I'm not convinced the ADVC110 is entirely to blame; it could well be an incompatiblity with my controller.

The device has been sent back (no problems found, I got the same device back), and now Canopus is saying I should send it back again (they'll replace it). I'll of course send it back, but then what...?
(I have a good relationship with that store, I'd hate to see this get lost over a piece of hardware that doens't behave well)

    Comments appreciated!
