Don't you believe it! I tried to cash in on the 3-year warranty for my MS Natural Multimedia Keyboard, they wanted me to send it out... on their dime, but nonetheless I had to be without it for 10 days.

They only ask you to send in the faulty model under certain circumstances. I have no idea what words or problems trigger that response...

Where is the version that fits both hands?
Why would they make one? The mice that fit both hands are very uncomfortable to me. I'm a lefty, and I like using the mouse with my right hand anyway.

I am left handed myself, and i just cant get used to those right hand mice. For me, the standard models alway worked best.I´m using a Logitech UltraX Optical mouse right now,and it works just nicely. To bad those models wont get the new tech.

No shit? When I was heavily into Mechwarrior league play, I bought the extended warranty for my joystick since I would break it about every 3-4 months. I replaced it twice, no questions asked. The second time they had the newer model and they didn't have any older models in stock so I got to upgrade. So it worked for me *shrugs*

Not the gaming mouse but I just ordered the MX1000 Laser Cordless Mouse. I'll let you know how it is when it arrives, never used a cordless mouse before.

I have one and its great! I'm getting mad at my MS cordless keyboard, I think its causing my PC not to go in screen saver or shut the monitor down.

Due out this month. Don't know any exact dates, but I've seen some UK stores that have them in stock.
