I managed to overcome the 2.2GHz lock some time ago and fire up my 2.8GHz533FSB CPU on a Asus P4C800 Delux using the Rainbow runner and 8MB PCI Card.
The card and RR Has been wokring fine on my 1.6A system under 98SE - so having grown attached to the RR card - I was trying to see if I could get it to work on my 2.8 setupp with the Asus.
Now I've had both the G200 and 32MBG400Dually working on this motherboard under Win98SE. No probs.
Install Powerdesk 6.82 and away we go!
However when I try to install VT1.55.....it installs - but quick connect produces a pagefil error and PC-VCR crashes.
Any ideas or solutions?
Any better VT or PD versions?
Next solution will have to be mount the card on a plaque and go over to HDTV capture solutions .....and XP - but alas...I wont give up without a fight!
