it was the power supply which burnt one of the motherboard conectors causing intermitten connectivity, so I cleaned the motherboar dpower connector, bought a new 600Watt powersupply, and all is good now.

Sorry for the late reply, the PS that I bought was called OKIA, it's the alumanum series with one of those fans with multi colour lights and stuff, anyway it's 600 watts and that's what I care about, oh and then there's the price
