Sum: With the recent price drop in nanotubes (or Buckytubes) many companies are turning to nanotubing to develop memory. Supposedly nano-RAM will operate at .5 nanoseconds and be non-volitile. Add in that nano-RAM will be built of ultra-tiny nano-tubes, it should yield some HUGE densities.

I can't wait either! If there's a cost effective solution to MRAM than I'm all for it! Last I heard, MRAM's cost was in the upper 5 digit price range.
