AMD has subopenaed (is that even a word?) Skype for documents that Intel either bullied or payed off Skype to make sure Skype 2.0 had "Intel only features." They have added it to the already extensive lists of subopenas that AMD is using to prove that Intel is illegally using their monopoly (which is only lessening in the consumer desktop and barely in the server market, with Intel still having a firm monopoly in laptops and business markets) to bully and leverage other comapnies to hinder their products when AMD CPUs are used.
