    Ach just go to there website and download it. I've had that problem as well.

      The problem isn't downloading it, it's getting the updater to even install it.

      I guess I could go the old school FDD route. Bleh.

      Anyway, FWIW, I haven't had the issue since I've disabled my screen from powering off and took my KVM out of the loop.

      Dare I re enable my monitor power off timer to see if the KVM was in fac tthe issue?

        Oh, why didn't you say you had a KVM to start with? I've seen exactly that problem with KVMs.
        Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.
