I need to test it with one of our GX620s

How could these things have passed FCC or UL testing?
Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

All the FCC regs require is that the device not radiate an excessive amount of RFI, it has nothing to do with receiving RFI. The UL is concerned about safety issues, and unless it catches fire (like their laptops) or otherwise becomes harmful I don't think it'd stop the computer from being UL listed.

Yes, but most places do these tests in tandem. Two reasons:
-If you're going to to through the trouble of setting up/renting the testing chamber, you probably want to test both while you're there.

-Although you're only responsible for emissions, you're responsible for them in working environments. Devices should be tested for constructive interference. I've known it to happen.

If the products also carry the CE mark for sale in Eurpoe, then they also must be tested for susceptibility and immunity to certain levels of radiated and conducted emissions from other devices.
