Win98SE and DirectX 6.1 Help!!!!!

When loading X-Wing Alliance the program said there were problems with my Direct X files. I tried loading DX6.1 and I get an error message. Never had that problem with Win98. Thanks Rick

What does the error message say? What problem is it the game reports? DirectX setup error messages are here:
