  • Benchmark that shows correlation between latency and data size?

    I remember seeing once something like this, can\t find it though.

    I think it was used during some CPU tests, to show increasing latency when data used by the program/benchmark increases, with very clear passings of L1/L2 border and cache/RAM border. Would be very helpfull to me now...any ideas what is it/where it was used?

      To be more precise - I've had an impression that it plotted nice graphs showing relation between various data sizes (very small step) and latency.

          Yep, that's what I've seen long time ago, on techreport. And while it doesn't show exactly what I'd like it'll be good enough analogy.
