  • Kaspersky 6.0 and encrypted port 443

Kaspersky 6 seems to have trouble with Gmail and Mozilla.

it refuses to let Gmail notifier work, and states that the *.mozilla.org certificate is invalid.

The only way to remedy this was to disable checking of encrypted connections completely.

I may have been able to remove the port from the scans, but its the https port, and I think thats used for secure transactions like buying things an such.

Is there anything bad about deactivating security scans on ecrypted connections ?
I mean, they are encrypted, therefore secure, right ?
