I believe they introduced it during boxing week. Hopefully the 24" will drop so it will not cost more than 2 22" monitors to have a 24"

That would be the logical thing to do, but would they???????

strange, looking at Dell Canadas site, they have the 2007WFP listed for $449 ( on sale for $399) then the 22" for list of $399, on sale for $329.. why would the 20" screen sell for $50 less than the $20" ?
        the 27" is listed @ $1599CDN

my question is why would anyone buy the 27inch if the 30inch is selling for the same price???

did not even notice that, it is actually cheaper to get the 30" as it is on sale for $50 less than the 27"
They really should update their pricelist!

I agree, I'm dying to get the 24" but the price hasn't budged in a long time, maybe I'll look at the 22" since it's way cheaper?

              Hmmmm...decisions decisions...

the 22" only has dvi, vga and power. THe 2007fpw has Pip, usb ports and svga/composite plugs.

Interesting, but I'll only be using it as a monitor to replace my two 17" CRT's on my editing suite.
In fact I have 4 PC's all together that can all use LCD's, but I heard the prices on LCD's will drop this year, so we'll see.

Also, AFAIK all 22" LCDs on the market use TN panels, which means worse viewing angles and colors.
