Looking for a good DVD case insert creator...

I have loads of DVD's that are in slimline jewel cases. I keep meaning to make some inserts so that I can identify the contents without having so sort through them all. Can you recommend a good program to do this?

There seems to be loads out there, so I'd appreciate any recommendations rather than installing 30 crappy shareware utils
