      The Vista license is of no value to me. So I guess the bundle is not of benefit.

        You could sell it for $190-ish on Ebay, then sell Mcafee for $20 and now you are only looking at $84 invested. Not bad.

            The Vista sku is marked NFR. That means "Not For Resale." It's worse than OEM.
