"Autostart" is such a horrible German that I thought MS just used the English term and didn't even try to translate it, so sorry for the confusion 
I like "Opstarten", though. I don't know what it means, but it sounds like a real word. "Autostart", on the other hand, is just another artifical word, probably glued together from "Automatisch" and "Starten", which you won't find in any dictonary
