Compatibility with TV tuner cards?

I think I can't help you!
Got my G400DH today.
installation as follows:
1. uninstall drivers with Matrox utility
2. shutdown
3. g200 out, g400 in
4. booting
5. installed drivers (5.25)
6. updated bios (1.5-20)
7. reboot
8. started WinTV (driver 2.3, WinTV32 2.4 with update to 2.5??)

works like a charm busmastering, overlay all OK!

I do a clean install of Win98se tomorrow then I'll test the dualhead feature.

Damn! Oh well, I am happy for you that you were able to get the Hauppauge and G400 cards working. Can you give me some information about your system?

Motherboard model
BIOS make & version
Card locations (slot number/IRQ)
ACPI enabled?
AGP 2X?
etc...

G400DH everything up to date (forced it to its own IRQ 11, only a precaution didn't try sharing now)
WinTV (BT878) latest drivers and Apps (slot 2)

Teles 16.3c ISA Plug'n'Pray

ACPI enabled
AGP 1x (I try tweaking it when I've done a clean install - damn mailman isn't coming )

I finally got my wintc/pci (bt848) working by:

1) NOT using MGATweak
2) using WinTV that came with the card (4.00.04) and NOT WinTV32 or WinTV2K.

I can't get it to display on the 2nd monitor, in primary or overlay modes.
