      You do realise that the number of rows used in each sheet will be equal to the number of rows in the first sheet, no? Mostly empty cells of course.

        Yes, but will these empty cells be in the table, or all grouped at the bottom ?
        (latter case would be best......)

          The aim is, of course, to have empty cells below non-empty cells (actually, none of the cells will be empty, they will all have formulas but the cells that actually show data will be the top rows, not row 1, 7 and 14 for instance).
