How do I set up a dedicated UT Server, with only 1 game CD???

I recently finished my home lan (2 systems and a hub) and would like to run a dedicated server for UT...How do I do this with only 1 CD??? If I have the CD in the server how do I start the game on my game machine???

After starting the game, remove the CD from your server and stick it in your second machine. It's that simple.

I don't know if you need the CD to change maps or to engage the bots, but I started the game up on two machines, without the benefit of a second player, ran from room to room, and killed my sitting duck alter ego a few times without a problem.
