Wallpaper video
Can anyone tell me if there is a driver/software to display video from a capture card(A Haupphauge wintv-pci) as wallpaper?

I don't know, but you may get better answers in the DTV forum. I do know it's possible, I used to use an ATI All In Wonder Pro, and it would display the TV tuner as Wallpaper.
