Hello,
I'm experiencing intermitted problems with my Blaupunkt DX-R52 (1 din in-dash navigation, uses cd's for mapdata).
Normal procedure is: press nav > enter city > enter address > press ok > navigation starts. At times, it beeps after pressing ok, and brings me back to the "enter city" screen. When it behaves like this, some addresses still seem to yield this beep, while others seem to work just fine. Stored addresses behave exactly the same: some work, some don't. :confursed:
After a couple of hours (car parked, switched of), the system seems to have fixed itself, and all addresses work normally (including the ones that yielded the beep).
I have swapped navigation CD's (CD's are original purchases, not copies and are unscratched) disconnected the system from any power (thus trying to force a reset), but to no avail: sometimes it acts up...
Any ideas as to what might cause this behaviour?
