My ISP is rate limiting me to max 20KBps, how can I mask the torrent stream for faster downloads?

Other than enabling protocol encryption (for example in uTorrent: preferences -> bittorent -> protocol encryption field at the bottom) I'm not you can do much (other than changing ISP...)

Force encryption is the big one. That's what it was designed for.

You can try changing ports, that may work, depending on your ISP.
