watching quicktime content without quicktime in a browser
hmm... i was able to download the trailer using firefox 3 and play with a media player.. but i guess that was what greenferret wanted
Yes! How did you do it? Are you using a Firefox and an add-on or is it just Windows Media Player by itself? Special codecs?? How were you able to download an embedded QuickTime movie anyway? Please give details.
i don't have any add-ons in firefox 3 (recent clean install), i just went to the website (starwars apple trailers) posted by Jammrock and when i click on the hd link i get this "MOV DL tool" pop-up. Downloaded and played with my media player classic.
However note i already have installed DivX, Xvid, Alt real/quicktime and CCCP codecs
