  • Google unreachable for Firefox??

    It's really strange:
All Google-Services are unreachable through the Firefox browser on my laptop. But no problems with Opera and IE on the same computer. Is there anything going on?

    It's reachable here in Firefox.

Not neither. I tried several other domains and it seems that it's only unreachable under .com and .de (from Bremenhaven, Germany). ru, cn, it ... and so on are no problem. And like I posted before, only happens in Firefox.

Do you have some proxy servers enabled in the Firefox's connection settings?

Seems to be a DNS problem. I can reach google per Firefox via IP. Interesting is that it affects firefox only.

Do you have the Google toolbar for Firefox?
              Any other extensions?

                1. No.
                2. Tab Mix Plus

                Disabling TMP didn't help.

                  hopefully your not experiencing this

The vulnerability allows cache poisoning attacks that tinker with data stored in computer memory caches that relay internet traffic to its destination.

Attackers could use the vulnerability to route internet users wherever the hackers wanted, no matter what website address is typed into a web browser.

here is a link to check if your dns is vulnerable
