This is about "Cloud" computing.
All I see is, we get the right to access a distant server login, and use software and storage that we have no direct control of...
Just like logging on into a terminal server.
Nothing will be private anymore, and there will be security from hackers because the files are on a far away server...until the hackers enter the cloud and take it over, or just hack it...
All this, in the interest of security.
If you want a secure machine with storage - DON'T CONNECT IT TO THE INTERNET
You may all make your own judgement of course...
